If you want to be at the Jersey Shore, there is nothing better than walking outside right onto the sand. This is a newly renovated, Family Friendly, 930 square foot beach house located at 3154 Ocean Road in the Monterey Beach section of Lavallette NJ. 

This beach house boasts 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a large enclosed outdoor shower. Unlike other rentals in the area we provide linens and towels at no extra charge as well as beach chairs. For the kids and "Big kids" we also provide both X-Box and PlayStation 4 with a few games for each at no extra charge. Just bring down your games for those rainy days or late night Fortnite cravings.

The newly remodeled Kitchen features Granite counter tops, Stainless Steel oven, microwave, dishwasher and Refrigerator. House comes fully furnished and stocked with all the flatware, dishware, cookware and pots and pans that you will need to enjoy your stay. We provide a Keurig just bring whatever pods you want to drink (coffee, hot chocolate etc.)

The updated bathroom features a new on demand hot water tank big enough to run both showers at the same time plus a built in bluetooth speaker to listen to music.

The bedrooms all have bed bug and allergen protective covers on not only the mattresses but also all the box springs. Each room has its own Flat screen TV and WiFi is included at no extra charge.

The Living room has X-Box, an enormous Flat screen TV as well as a Fireplace for those cold winter nights. There is also a swivel reclining corner chair perfect for reading at the beach. Each bedroom plus the main living area all have a new ductless mini split (air conditioning and heat) for providing the perfect temperature for each room.

Full size high efficiency washer/dryer make doing laundry while on vacation a breeze. Linen closet is full of Towels of all sizes, stripe colored beach towels, and blankets for indoor use.

All bedrooms have a lamp with a built-in usb port making charging your cell phone at night a breeze while keeping it close to your bed.

An incredible family area, you are walking distance to ice cream parlors, bagel store, miniature golf and restaurants. Just a quick drive from the Seaside Boardwalk and Casino Pier Rides and Breakwater Beach Water Park and from the Point Pleasant Boardwalk.
